This is the second uconnect system that is in the vehicle. If you are not able to access the uconnect settings at all, you can still reset the touch screen of your jeep vehicle using the hardware buttons. Since i bought this vehicle in december of 2017 i have had 4 occurrences where the radio has locked up like this.
